- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- All abayas are dry-clean only.
- We do not offer alteration services after the customer receives the order.
- Strictly no exchanges.
- Orders take 14 working days (excluding Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and may take longer during holidays or due to any circumstances in the production line.
- Please ensure your personal information is correct when placing your order, as modifications are not allowed after the order is placed.
- The store reserves the right to cancel your order in certain cases, such as if the product is unavailable or if the order is deemed fraudulent. Any amount paid will be refunded according to the method followed by the site.
- Shipping outside the United Arab Emirates is done with DHL or SMSA, with prices based on weight. In rare cases, the customer may be charged customs fees according to the customs policies of the customer’s country.
